think thin.

i may seem crazy, but i’m genuinely curious. has anyone ever created an alter-ego for themselves in their head? i do it constantly. it’s always super thin and gorgeous. it’s a motivator for me,and helps me escape over-thinking about my actual body.

when you are feeling like your about to break down and stuff your face, try counting to 100 in your head. normally, by the time you get close to 100 you won’t be thinking about food anymore. it has worked for me!

how do i go about creating a password protected progress page for myself?

i didn’t see anything that said how to password protect it.

just added a “my triggers” and a “my thinspiration” link on my page.

i’m debating on putting up a link for my progress.

i’m very embarrassed with my body :/
